Wrike Whiteboards (powered by Klaxoon) MCP

Klaxoon MCP allows AI assistants such as ChatGPT/Codex, Claude, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible clients to work directly with Klaxoon whiteboards. It lets AI read, organize, create, and update board content without manually copying information between Klaxoon and your AI assistant. (Klaxoon Developers)

What you can do

With Klaxoon MCP, you can:

• Read and summarize boards to quickly understand their content.
• Create diagrams and flows from natural-language instructions or other inputs.
• Create and update board content, including text, sticky notes, shapes, and connectors.
• Organize existing content by topic, status, priority, assignee, or other dimensions.
• Prepare workshops by generating sections, frames, prompts, and starter content.
• Extract structured information such as summaries, action items, and task lists that can then be used in Wrike or other tools.

Access & permissions

Klaxoon MCP respects your existing Klaxoon permissions. The AI assistant can only access or modify boards that you already have permission to access or edit in Klaxoon.

Currently, MCP operations support text objects, sticky notes, shapes, and connectors.
